Contact and Report a Reading Issue

Report a reading or technical issue by email to contact@surahyaseenonline.org.

What to include

• The page URL where you found the issue.
• The chapter and ayah reference, such as 36:58, or the source image number.
• A brief description of the problem and the source edition, if known.
• For a loading or playback problem, your browser and device type.

Personal religious, medical or other sensitive details are not needed to investigate a reading issue. This site does not provide a religious-ruling or personal-advice service.

How reports are handled

The site owner receives reports in the listed email inbox. Opening the email link uses your own mail application; the website does not submit a form or attach information automatically. No response time is promised.

Source-text concerns should be compared with the identified original and referred for qualified review where necessary. The source record explains which technical checks have been performed and which reviews remain outstanding.
